Current Projects

I am currently working on the Second Story for Wallachia, the Horror of Hellgarde.  I will not go into to many details, except to say that this short turned into a longer work then originally I had envisioned.  I am also been working on some on DA know a project I call Ashes of the Fallen.   For those that are interested and haven't read it, I have a sample of the first chapter's first draft.  Sample of Ashes of Fallen Ch1 1stDraft.   This will probably be the bigger of the two projects as Wallachia is already done in a sense for the most part.

I'll speak a little more about Wallachia in this entry.  The original idea behind the Friar Fisher and Wiccan series is that it started out as a GURPs campaign setting I created for a dark fantasy/horror type world that with help of my friend kept expanding until what it is today.  Though Friar Fisher and the Wiccan Mordecai Lee have a unique origin story as the Wiccan character or as he prefers to be called, a Hultan, did not exist exactly in the same universe.  The Wiccan had his own story originally that I tried to reshape to fit into Wallachia; but have had trouble doing so, so I decided those tales will never be told as they don't fit into the Wallachian storyline easily.  However, Friar Fisher was created originally specifically for the Wallachian rpg so it was easier to fit him into it.  Well I guess that's enough of my ramblings for now.  I'll post again when I have something else to say.

My First Story

This is my first blog on Forsaken Tomes.   I'm not sure on how good the name of this blog is; but it was the best name I could conceive at this moment.  This blog is going to be a place for me to discuss my writings, and similar interests.

I also started this blog to show off my first story that I think is of publishable quality; which I e-published up on the Nook. It would've been on the kindle; but the Kindle had an issue with loading the cover and since I paid for it, I didn't want a place holder cover that Kindle provides.  Plus I really love my cover that I had commissioned by NadezhdaVasile of Deviantart.com

This is a story that is somewhere between horror and dark fantasy or maybe it is just a dark fantasy.  I'm not sure.  I've never known the proper place to try to sell this to; so in the end I decided that I'd try to self publish it.  Below is the link where you can pick up a copy.
